General Personality: Shilo in general has a rather pleasant and strong personality, which is odd considering her upbringing. She's can be gaurded around people because she spent her entire life indoors, but for the most part she's just enjoying her life, albeit cautiously.

Physical Health: Shilo's suffering from a rare blood disease that she contracted from her mother before she was born. There is no apparent cure for it, although she has had people promise her that here was in fact a cure. She's just yet to have find out what that cure is.

History:
Born to Nathan and Marni Wallace, Shilo was sick from the first moment she took her first breath. Suffering from the same apparent blood disease that had killed her mother, Shilo's doctor father Nathan, kept the girl locked up in their house her entire life. He went as far to tell the girl's God-Mother that she had died. Shilo didn't find out until she was 17 years old that her illness wasn't in fact genetic, but done to her by her father. He had unknowingly poisoned his wife Marni's blood whilst trying to cure her of something else. Neither of them knew that the poison was actually planted in Nathan's lab by the evil Rotti Largo, Marni's ex lover and Nathan's boss. Rotti was the head of the biotech company GeneCo, a company that offered organ transplants for a price after the organ failure epidemic had spread across the world.
Rotti was angry that Marni has left him for Nathan, which is what prompted him to trick Nathan into killing her. Once Nathan had his wife's blood on his hands, Rotti blackmailed him into becoming the Repo Man. A legal assassin who worked for GeneCo, repossessing the organs of people who could not afford to pay for what they bought. Only, everyone had had at least on transplant, meaning everyone was at risk. Nathan managed to keep his life as the Repo Man hidden from Shilo for most of her life, until she started sneaking out at night when she was 17 via her mother's mausoleum which was attached to their house through a series of tunnels. Normally it was just to gather bugs from the nearby graveyard for her collection, until one night she got locked out of the mausoleum, causing her to meet Grave Robber. He was a local drug dealer who sold a black market version of the painkiller Zydrate that was sold by GeneCo to the people who had multiple surgeries (also know as surgery sluts).
After that she was tossed into a whirlwind of lies, secrets and death. Rotti attempted to trick Shilo unto murdering her father at the promise of a cure to her illness as well as signing over the entire GeneCo empire to her, since he felt his own addicted and violent children weren't worthy of owning GeneCo in it's entirety. On the night of the Gentic Opera, the largest concert around, the truth was revealed to all. On stage, in front of hundreds of people and being broadcast to thousands of televisions around the world, her father's and Rotti's dirty secrets were uncovered. When Shilo refused to shoot her father, Rotti took the gun from her and shot Nathan himself only to die a few moments later from his own illness. Nathan then died in Shilo's arms, leaving the teen alone and free for the first time in her life.
